2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 470 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. A five year old boy was kidnapped. He was recovered on the same day due to the pressure of the police. During investigation, it has come that the victim boy was kidnapped in the auto of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 27.07.2023.

4. As it has come that petitioner has participated in the kidnapping of the victim boy, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly dismissed.

5. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
