The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he did not complete the contract work and leave the work in the midway. Petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail for three months, due to undertaking of the petitioner to complete the work within three months by order order dated 28.02.2020. Petitioner has not completed the work.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, prayer is refused in connection with Jamui P.S.Case
