Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and having similar allegation one co-accused, Anil Prasad has already been granted privilege of bail by a Bench of this court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 351 of 2014.
