One mobile is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner no.1, Adharcard as well as identify card are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner no.2 and some notes, mobile as well as identify card are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner no.3. The above stated petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since 4.11.2015 in a case registered under sections 420, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like
