This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Gurua P.S. Case No.82 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code but charge-sheet has been submitted under section 395/412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Unknown persons had committed loot of Rs.1,60,000/- and a mobile phone from the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2024.

Except for the confessional statement, there is no material against the petitioner to connection with the crime.

Considering the aforesaid fact and also the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya/concerned Court below, in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No.82 of 2024.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Raniganj Police Station, District- Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. 8.
