This is an application for quashing of the order dated 22.8.2015 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua in Complaint Case No. 1233/2013 (Trial Case No. 5484/2013) filed by the Complainant (Opposite Party No.2) i.e. Munna Bind whereby and whereunder the learned Court below took cognizance of the alleged offence u/s 420, 467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It seems that the petitioners have lost interest in the case.
