JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as materials available on the case diary, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, her prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 981 of 2013 arising out of Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2013 pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur stands rejected.

However, petitioner being lady is in jail custody since 10.03.2013 and her trial has not been concluded as yet and, therefore, the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within six months

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3370 of 2015 (3) dt.20-04-2015 from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which the petitioner shall be entitled to renew her prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.
