JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statements of co-accused who were caught on the spot and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent , there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 26.12.2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Bihar P.S.Case No. 608 of 2015.
