2. The petitioner has filed an appeal against the order passed by the Deputy Development Commissioner, Supaul, dated 25/07/2020 ( Annexure-7).

3.The petitioner's grievance is that he has not been informed the fate of his appeal. Copy of the appeal is Annexure10 to the writ petition, which is said to have been filed on 21/10/2020. The petitioner has also requested the District Magistrate, Supaul, for information as to whether any order has been passed on his appeal or not, which is evident from Annexure 11, dated 17/06/2021. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with direction to the District Magistrate, Supaul, (respondent No.2) to take a final decision, if not already taken, and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt /production of a copy of this order.
