3. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following relief:

"That this writ application is being filed for payment of pension in revised scale vide letter as per letter no. 819/820 dated 23.09.2009 and letter No. 755 dated 20.10.2017."

4. Learned counsel for the State Bank of India submitted that she has filed counter affidavit on 17.05.2019, according to which the grievance of the petitioner for payment in the revised scale has already been redressed.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the position.

6. In view thereof, the writ application having become infructuous, stands disposed off.
