Grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ application is the candidature of the petitioner has been kept out of consideration zone merely on the ground that her husband is holding public office.

Law does not recognize any such disqualification in the matter of appointment of Panchayat Shikshak. Although, there is no order in writing.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the present application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.4094 of 2020(2) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 employment unit to consider the case of the petitioner on its own merit as her candidature cannot be rejected only on the ground that her husband is holding public office. Necessary decision in this regard may be taken by the respondent employment unit within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
