In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Begusarai (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 363 of 2015 registered for offences under Sections 376, 323, 366(A), 372, 493 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 9, 10, 11 of the Child Marriage Restrain Act and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

From the first information report it appears that the complainant was married to Rupesh Sharma against her wish and basically allegation has been made against Rupesh Sharma about making his statement to have purchased her. So far allegation made against the parents of the informant, the marriage of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8328 of 2016 (3) dt.21-04-2016 2/2 informant has been done forcibly by her parents with Rupesh Sharma.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge(POCSO Act)-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-I, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 363 of 2015.
