JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 15-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. This is the third attempt of the petitioner to seek bail, as earlier his bail application was rejected by order dated 14.12.2021 in Cr. Misc. No.29399 of 2021 on the ground that petitioner is alleged to be the main assailant of the deceased. Thereafter, his bail application was again rejected on 12.10.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.53994 of 2022.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application and submits that from perusal of the order dated 12.10.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.53994 of 2022, it would manifest that out of twelve prosecution witnesses, eight prosecution witnesses were examined.

Considering the submissions made by the learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
