JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 29.05.2014 in a case registered under Section 25(A), 26 of the Arms Act. Earlier petitioner was on bail but he misused his privilege of bail and made himself absent since 21.03.1996. Thereafter on 23.07.2008 petitioner was declared absconder. Moreover, petitioner was remanded in this case on 29.05.2014 and since then he is languishing in jail custody. Considering the aforesaid facts as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail of furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Bagaha, West

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6173 of 2015 (2) dt.16-02-2015 Champaran in connection with Tr. No. 5295 of 2014 arising out of Piparasi P.S. Case No. 01 of 1992, subject to the condition that one must be close relative of the petitioner and holder of the landed property.
