JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 Perused the report in which it has been mentioned that the case is at the stage of defence evidence and only one witness has been examined as yet.
Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage in connection with S. Tr. No. 129 of 2013 arising out of Rajpur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2012 pending in the Court of learned 5ht Additional District & Sessions Judge, Buxar.
However, it has been mentioned that the case is likely to be disposed of within six months.
However, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the case one month after closing of defence evidence and if the Presiding Officer is unable to dispose of the case within one month from the date of the conclusion of the evidence of the defence then he shall consider the bail of the petitioner.
