JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-07-2019 It appears from the statements made in the writ application that the petitioner's appeal preferred before Respondent No. 2 being Supply Appeal No. 27/2018 is pending for a long time. The statutory period fixed for disposal of such appeal is only 60 days.

Learned counsel for the State is present and has no objection to the issuance of a direction to Respondent No. 2 to to dispose of the appeal within the time frame. In the facts and circumstances of the case this writ application is being disposed of with direction to the Respondent No. 2 to dispose of the Supply Appeal No. 27/2018 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of
