The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 656 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 469, 386, 323, 387 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the present case is in the nature of civil dispute. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.12.2019.
