For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Raj Bansh Dubey For the Opposite Party/s Mr. Anish Chandra (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04.05.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into consideration that trial of the petitioner is going on in full swing, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions trial no. 188 of 2014/ 56 of 2015 corresponding to Bhagwanpur P.S. case no.108/2013 is, again, rejected.
However, learned trial court must expedite the trial of the petitioner even by taking it on day to day basis and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
