The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Murar P.S. Case No.100 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have assaulted and threatened the informant and also taken Rs. 65,000/- from the informant on the pretext of confirmed ticket and visa along with other co-accused person.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the matter has been settled between the victim and this petitioner through a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4793 of 2024(3) dt.28-02-2024 2/2 compromise deed, which is annexed as Annexure-2 of this petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 05.11.2023. 5.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in connection with Murar P.S. Case No.100 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
