2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 149 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code and the cognizance was taken under Section 363/ 366A, 376 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act and under Section 9 of the Child Marriage Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim girl.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and the he is in jail since 4.8.2023. He further submits that the victim girl in her statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has said that

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ, VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S.
