NATH ORAL ORDER 28-01-2015 Heard Mr Avanish Kumar Singh, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner has earlier been rejected by this Court and this Court does not find any reason to take a different view in the matter. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in spite of the direction by this Court the trial has not been expedited up-till-now. In this view of the matter and in view of the submission, the learned court below is directed to take all appropriate steps for conclusion of the trial and dispose of the same preferably within six months.
