2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the order dated 01.11.2023, the auto generated header portion has wrongly been mentioned as "Arising out of PS. Case No. 243 Year-2019 Thana- TEKARI District- Gaya" but in fact, from the prayer portion as well as from the F.I.R it is evident that the correct description is "Arising out of PS. Case No. 7 Year- 2023 Thana- KHIRI MORE District- Patna".

3. In view of the above, let the auto generated header portion of the order dated 01.11.2023 be read as "Arising out of PS. Case No. 7 Year- 2023 Thana- KHIRI MORE District-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11337 of 2024(2) dt.16-02-2024 2/2 Patna" in place of "Arising out of PS. Case No. 243 Year-2019 Thana- TEKARI District- Gaya".

4. Accordingly, order dated 01.11.2023 is modified to the aforesaid extent and further two weeks' time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Vanisha/- U T
