2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners dashed informant's father due to which he fell down and blood started oozing out from his head. Injured was taken to the hospital where he was declared dead.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Father of the informant was aged and suffering from several disease and accidentally he fell down and

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. There is specific allegation against the petitioners that they pushed the victim on the ground due to which he sustained injuries and died thereof. He submits that the post mortem report also supports the prosecution case.

6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashi/- U T
