In this case, the petitioner is the husband of the victim lady and she had died on account of burn injury. Allegation has been made that when the informant entered into the room, he found smelling of kerosene oil. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. The court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
