2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-376, 420, 504, 323, 354, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of the informant with the petitioner was solemnized in a temple and when she went to her matrimonial house, his family members misbehaved her and they assaulted her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the allegation of assault is not against the petitioner rather against his family members. He has also submitted that both the parties have compromised the case.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-5th, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Behiya P.S. Case No. 267 of 2020 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
