2. Present application has been filed for the quashing of F.I.R. bearing Mahkar Police Station Case No. 170/2018 dated 13.9.2018 registered for the offence punishable U/s. 366A of the IPC.

3. Petitioner wants decision on the First Information Report by considering all the materials on affidavit in his defence which is not permissible in law.

4. Considering the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of State of Bihar vs P.P. Sharma 1992 Supp (1) SCC 222, this quashing application is dismissed.
