Taking into consideration that having similar allegation, co-accused, Dinesh Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a bench of this court vide order dated 19-01-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33716 of 2014, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Medanichowk P.S. Case No. 23 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Lakhisarai.
