2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

Patna High Court CWJC No.6811 of 2017(4) dt.09-10-2025 2/3 "(i) To issue an appropriate Orders, directions is including /including a Writ Preferably in the nature of CERTIORARI for quashing the Order dated 29.4.2014 passed in B.L.T. Case No.153/13 filed by the Private Respondent No. 17 Under Sections 5 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act 2005 and the same was allowed in his favour by Hon'ble Justice Mr. Mridula Mishra Setting aside the Order dated 6.05.14, passed by Joint Directer Consolidation Officer Gaya in Revision Case No. 4 of 2005.

(ii) To Direct the Consolidation Officer Gaya to Prepose the record of right in favour of the Petitioner and with respect to a land measuring 15 dec appertaining to Khata No.222(New), 01d (106), Plot No. 1075 (New), 323(01d) Chak Khata No.252(Ch) Chak Plot No.820 Situated in Village Mahuawari, P.S-Amas District Gaya. Which was Settled in favour of their father by exland.

(iii) To grant any other relief is to Which the Petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. In this case, on 15.09.2025, one week's time was granted to comply the order dated 18.07.2025 passed by the Coordinate Bench.

4. As it was a peremptory order and the same was not complied, it stood dismissed on 22.09.2025.
