Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section-3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
It is a case of dowry death.
Petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law and the petitioner no.2 is the father-in-law and petitioner no.3 is unmarried "Nanad" of informant's daughter (deceased).
It is alleged that all on 22.09.2022, all the accused persons have set the informant's daughter on fire in order to kill

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are separate in mess and business and have been made accused only on suspicion. Thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No. 334 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
