On the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, the petitioner was arrested and allegedly, looted Samsung mobile was recovered from possession of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the police did not verify as to whether the seized mobile was looted or not and without verifying the aforesaid fact, the police implicated the petitioner in the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten
