The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rajpur P.S.

Case No.26 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner or from his house.

He also submits that the petitioner is a student.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail by contending that there is a direct allegation against the petitioner regarding supply of 24 litres country made liquor to one Gorakh Ram, which was recovered. He also submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4461 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 petitioner has got four criminal antecedents. Therefore, he does not deserve anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. Harish/- (Arvind Srivastava, J) U T
