Petitioner is in jail custody since 17.5.2014 in a case registered under sections 420, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Admittedly, petitioner was driver of the tractor and prior to institution of this case, he gave information to the informant about snatching of tractor by some unknown persons. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ranvijay Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Barh, Patna/concerned court in Salimpur P.S. Case no. 84/2014.
