2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for setting aside the order dated 5.12.
2017 passed by District Collector- Cum District Magistrate, Madhepura in Basgit Parcha in Revision Case No. 20/2015 Whereby and where under learned District Collector Cum-District Magistrate,
Patna High Court CWJC No.18518 of 2018(4) dt.22-09-2025 2/3 Madhepura has allowed the revision and has directed the circle officer (C.O.) Udakishungaj to prepare Jamabandi (Rent receipt) in the name of respondent no. 5 to 7 and at the same time he has directed the C.O. Udakishungajj to cancel the Basgit Parcha and Jamabandi which to is at present in the favour of petitioner vide Basigt Patcha Case No.15/39/93/94, Jamabandi no. 99 appertaining to land of Khata No. 426 Plot No. 867,838,845 845 area 006 Decimal situated Village Udakishunga), P.S. Udakiahunga) District Madhepura and also to set aside the order dated 3.4. 2018 passed by Hon'ble Member in B.L.T. Case no. 48/2018 Whereby Hon'ble Member has dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner which was for setting aside the order dated 5.12.2017 in revision case по.
20/2015.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate
Patna High Court CWJC No.18518 of 2018(4) dt.22-09-2025 3/3 revenue authority for the redessal of the grievance.
4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
