2. Earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 01.02.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 68090 of 2021 but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for anticipatory bail on the fresh ground that the present case and its counter case lodged by the defense side have been compromised. The xerox copy of compromise petition, duly signed by both the parties and identified by their respective lawyers, is annexed with the record, which shows that cordial relation between the parties has restored.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or
