The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(C), 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

In the FIR, the informant alleges that this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons are involved in cheating the general public in the name of providing loan. During search, certain mobile phones and documents have been recovered from the possession of apprehended co-accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Kallu Kumar, has been enlarged on bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 08.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47382 of 2022. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No. 207 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
