The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the twenty one named accused persons are stated to have come variously armed and of having assaulted the informant and others.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. The specific allegations are against the other accused persons and not the three petitioners herein. The allegations are general and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39900 of 2021(2) dt.20-01-2022 2/2 omnibus in nature. The petitioners are in custody since 6.10.2020 and the petitioner nos.1 and 2 have no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners who are in custody for more than 1 year, the Court directs the three petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case no.176 of 2019 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sheohar.
