2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Laheriyasarai P. S. Case No. 427 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 132, 109, 121(2), 285, 293, 112(2), 125, 313, 265, 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the named accused persons, including this petitioner, along with 20 unknown persons assembled near the campus of Lahariasarai Police Station for release of one Md Rabbani, who was arrested by the Police in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 425 of 2025. It is further alleged that all of them blocked the road and pelted stones on the Police party. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
