Petitioner seeks payment of his revised pension along with statutory and penal interest. Petitioner retired in the year 2002 and in spite of representation having been filed, no payment as per revision has been yet granted to the petitioner. Considering the nature of prayer made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer a fresh representation enumerating his

Patna High Court CWJC No.1446 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2019 2/2 dues which will be disposed of by the respondent no.5, the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna. Any amount due would be paid to the petitioner within two months of such disposal of the representation.
