Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, name of the petitioner surfaced in this case and allegedly, 300 gram stolen gold was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 9.9.2015 but even then, the Investigating officer did not take pain to arrange TI Parade in a case which has been lodged against unknown persons. Moreover, investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against him.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara in
