2. This is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ for directing and commanding the respondents for following reliefs-

(1) For directing and commanding the respondents to investigate Hathauri P.S. case no. 43/2024 dated 12.03.2024, lodged under section 147, 149, 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, properly either through higher police officer or any independent agency, lodged by respondent no-7 namely

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.225 of 2025(2) dt.16-06-2025 2/2 Rinku Devi, against the petitioner and others after investigation to submit its respective final form Final report as earliest.

(ii) For directing and commanding the respondents to take appropriate steps against the informant.

3. The present application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur with a representation with regard to his grievance and if such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur/I.O. of the case in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ application stands disposed of.
