Although there is allegation against the petitioner that he gave Rama blow causing injury to the informant but taking into consideration that informant sustained simple injury, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj District Rohtas in Bikramganj P.S. Case no. 106/2014.
