The petitioner seeks regular bail in Complaint Case No. 1471 (C) of 2013 corresponding to Tr. No. 2406 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

The wife of the petitioner made allegation of demand of dowry and torture.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that marriage was solemnized in the year 2004. The wife herself does not want to live with the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.03.2014.

No.3527 of 2015 (2) dt.28-01-2015 months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, District Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 1471 (C) of 2013 corresponding to Tr. No. 2406 of 2014.
