The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rajoun P.S. Case No. 367 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 120(B), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that this petitioner assaulted the informant with butt of pistol over his head and also fired upon him, which did not hit him.

It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. From the injury report, it appears that though injuries are simple in nature, but this petitioner gave repeated blow on the head which is vital part of the body.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of
