Petitioners are in jail custody since 9.7.2014 in a case registered under section 302 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act on the accusation that they along with two others named accused shot fire on the deceased. The inquest report of the deceased reveals that two fire arm injuries were found on his person and similarly, post mortem report also discloses only two fire arm injuries on the person of the deceased. Although petitioners are carrying criminal antecedent but prior to the present case, they were not made accused in murder case. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
