The petitioner, who is in custody since 26.12.2015 in Rajpur P.S. Case no.238 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 25(1-b) A, 26 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated showing recovery of one country-made pistol with two live cartridges. It has been argued that the petitioner is having clean antecedent. This fact has been mentioned in paragraph-3 of the petition.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation, period of custody as well as clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the
