The petitioner is in jail custody since 27-09-2014 in a case registered under Sections-120(B), 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report reflects that it were other coaccused persons, who committed the murder of the deceased and the petitioner participated only in disposal of dead body of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 198 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.
