This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 32 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2019. The First Information Report was lodged against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Md. Shamshad @ Jamshed. He contends that Md. Shamshad @ Jamshed has been allowed regular bail by this Court by an order dated 18.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82148 of 2019.

Considering the above submission, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4510 of 2020(5) dt.09-07-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st Class, Barh, Patna, in connection with Ghoswari P.S. Case No.32 of 2019.
