JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Saran Mahila P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354(A), 354(D) and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is of having embraced and misbehaved with the informant, who is 14 years of age and tried to give her Rs. 500/-, whereas learned counsel for the petitioner submits that such allegation is false and fabricated and no such incident has been occurred.

I have considered the submissions and finds that the case appears to be of filthy comments on the informant. No

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10999 of 2021(4) dt.08-02-2022 2/2 further comments on merit, I am inclined to allow the petitioner on bail, in the event of arrest he shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
