The petitioner seeks regular bail in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Section 387 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named five persons including the petitioner and alleged that Nanhe Pandey @ Abhineshwar Kumar Pandey pointed out a pistol and demanded extortion from him. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with knife which hit the palm of right hand of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Nanhe Pandey @ Abhineshwar Kumar Pandey has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22981 of 2013. The petitioner is in jail custody since 10.12.2014. Injuries

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3492 of 2015 (2) dt.28-01-2015 found on the informant are opined to be simple. Having considered the fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hajipur at Vaishali in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2012.
