The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been contended that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier on 24th July, 2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 25118 of 2014 with following observations:- "The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj is directed to expedite the trial of Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014 and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3191 of 2015 (2) dt.28-01-2015 2 / 2 order, failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail."

It has been submitted that though charges were farmed against the petitioner but till date there is no progress in trial of the case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikot P.s. Case No. 96 of 2014.
